Gift Certificates - Terms and Conditions / How to redeem

• A printed copy of the gift certificate must be presented at time of the recipients check-in at Hair Dynamix.
• Valid photo ID is required.  Both first and last name of the recipient must match the first and last name on the gift certificate.
• Service Gift Certificates are non-refundable or non-redeemable for cash or credit.
• Gratuities are not included.
• Gift certificate delivery is ONLY by email.  Enter a the Recipient’s Email Address to email the gift certificate directly to the recipient, or leave Recipient’s Email Address blank to have the gift certificate emailed to the purchaser.
• Please make a note of the Gift Certificate Number for your records.
