Gift Certificates - Terms and Conditions / How to redeem

A printed copy of the gift certificate must be presented at time of the recipients check-in at Hair Dynamix.
Valid photo ID is required. Both first and last name of the recipient must match the first and last name on the gift certificate.
Service Gift Certificates are non-refundable or non-redeemable for cash or credit.
Gratuities are not included.
Gift certificate delivery is ONLY by email. Enter a the Recipient’s Email Address to email the gift certificate directly to the recipient, or leave Recipient’s Email Address blank to have the gift certificate emailed to the purchaser.
Please make a note of the Gift Certificate Number for your records.
